Well, i haven nothing to talk on but on the competition i was in last fortnight.
We went with a lot of expectation, a lot of people are expecting an improvement from us.
Of course there were hardship, but among few of us handled is pretty well.
And it was my first time seeing Pei Luan(our band leader) shedding tears of sorrow, not tears of joy.
Of course I will not write out what made her cry, but it happened and I had to take her place and went for the team manager meeting. So it was me taking responsibility most of the events. It was a bit of of stress, no doubt. But i think i handled it better than i did last year, when i was still in form 4, that time my post was (band leader+drum major) 2 in 1. Kinda hard when i took both at once.
On the first day, we reached there about 4pm. After checking in, we went to a nearby school immediately for a joint practice with Chung Hwa Wei Sin. The practise was quite okey, met up with some old friends. I practised with yenming with our mace. As expected from a CHWS drum major, he was good.
After the practise, we went back to Hotel Selesa for our dinner. Before the dinner, a disaster strikes, no one saw it coming. This is the tragedy that made Pei Luan cried there. Our principal gave my P.K. KO a call and try to solve it. At the second day, nothing was solved but we kept it secret so that our members was kept in the dark.(although i think most of them knew it LOL) Finally on the third day, the problem was solved.
Before the performance, we had a brief practise with Sir Pei Fong+ a 5 minutes jog. After that we went to the back of the stadium and prepare for our performance. I think i don't wanna comment about my show.
We got a silver medal, 8th place and i got second best drum major award. I think this is a good improvement for us, so that our next generation can handle the band by themselves.^^

Well, this is our last practise with our uniform on at school.
See my face there, really really red.
After taking the picture for the sake of the band, i collapsed and whole body numb.
I dunno what it was, other people was saying it was sun stroke.
But i dunno LOL.
Got sun stroke 4 days before the competition isn't good.
Anyway glad i could finish the show before i collapse that day.
